If you are working for a corporation, it may
issue you a corporate card for travel and entertainment expenses.Although you don't
have to pay for the expenses, you need to observe some of the guidelines as you would when using your personal credit card, such as understanding the terms and conditions, making sure you keep your card safe and secure, using your card in a responsible manner in line with company policies.

While you may not have to settle the credit card bill yourself, you will need to submit accurate expense reports to your company regularly.

If you own a small to medium sized business,
you may consider getting a credit card for businesses, sometimes known as Business Card, which can help you separate personal and professional finances.  Putting business expenses on personal credit cards may cause problems during tax filing.

You can use Business Cards for day-to-day spending, such as travel and entertainment expenses, and paying for office equipment, stationery, computer software and utility bills.

You do not have to rely on personal credit to keep your company running smoothly, cash flow becomes more manageable because a single payment covering all your transactions can be made after an agreed grace period.  You can also take advantage of billing options that simplify accounting and expense management and save time reconciling expenditure.
